Frequently Asked Qustions

1. Where do you ship to?  We currently ship within the USA only.

2. How long will it take to get my order? We currently work Monday-Friday and most orders are packed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship on Monday. We ship most packages via USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 5-7 days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

3. What is your return policy?  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See our full return policy here.

4. How do I download a digital download purchase? Good question! 

5. What are your "office hours"? We typically respond within 24 hours during weekdays (Monday through Friday) to emails. We take weekends and holidays off, but check our email on weekends in case of emergency.
